A detective, what for
?
According to the definition, a detective is a “private police
officer”. It is then easy to deduce from it that its services
will approach the functions of a representative of the order,
but in a work much more targeted, since leaving side maintains
it order or another observations of offences against the
highway code.
Not, its
activity “will be stuck” more precisely to the work of a
police inspector, or of an affected agent to a precise service
(fraud, banditism, drug, etc…).
The real
difference will be at the level of the legal statute (means of
interventions and procedures not being the same ones) but also
on the fact that Private is not held by any obligation or
limit if it is not, of course, that to respect the Law.
This is
why, to call upon a detective, it is for you the insurance to
have a work close to that which a civil servant could bring
you, but with advantages like having a person working for you
and only for you for a given period, recovering valid evidence
and documents in front of all the courts, or even to succeed
in putting an end to a problem whatever it is, whereas the
State, by these various institutions, had not been able to
take an action pursuant favorable to your requests.
Now, if you think that its services can
help you, your only and single mission is to inform you about
various points :
First of all, the operation is it
interesting financially for you?
(you must, on arrival, to recover more than what will have
cost you the detective and the other procedures)
;
Then, you must be sure information which
you will deliver to the detective, you ensure that the
framework of legality will be respected strictly
(not of flights, removal of anybody, attempts at
intimidations, etc…) ;
Lastly, and it is not the least, to
get information if possible (lawyers, ushers, police
force, gendarmerie, mouths with ears, etc…) in order to find a
cabinet of agents of research private, able to answer your
waitings, the effectiveness having to be with go.
